How we collect, use and protect personal information you share with Ashworth & Hale Solicitors.
Ashworth & Hale Solicitors LLP (“we”, “us”) is the data controller for personal information you provide via this website. We are authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA No. 523847).
When you submit an enquiry we collect the information you provide — typically your name, email, telephone, the practice area you’re enquiring about and a description of your matter.
If your enquiry does not result in instruction, we retain the data for 12 months. If you become a client, your file is retained per our standard engagement terms (typically 7 years).
We do not sell your data. We share it only with regulators where required, and with carefully selected processors (e.g. our case-management provider) under written contract.
You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection under UK GDPR. To exercise them, email dpo@ashworthhale.co.uk. You can also complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
This site does not use tracking cookies or analytics. No third‑party scripts are loaded other than the Google Fonts stylesheet.
